• Vendor booth fees are as follows:

  • 3 table booth $60​

  • 5 table booth $100

  • 7 table booth $140

​

• Power is available at most booths.

​

• Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booth as much as possible.

​

• Vendors are encouraged to interact with the public as much as possible.

​

• We expect over 6,000 people to attend.

​

• NOTE:  Merchandise you sell at your booth should be metaphysical related. We will not allow booths for general merchandise or items/services unrelated to metaphysical. If in doubt, ask us.

• It occurs on the same weekend as the 64th annual Kalamazoo Rock and Gem Show, also at the expo center, but the two events are not affiliated with each other.
